Glutwerk in Voerde

Today was the first time we ordered from Glutwerk Voerde. The food arrived very hot here and the burgers (veggie, BBC & Bavarian) were delicious. The online ordering process was simple and clear. Since the driver would be a few minutes late, we were kindly informed by phone. We are completely satisfied - thank you!

Creative, tasty, service-oriented.

Unfortunately, I haven't got a chance to eat a chicken here and I live too far away to deliver. But the burgers and french fries I ate there were just awesome. For that I would like to give 6/5 stars. My tip: sweet potato fries with chilli con carne. Simply good

We have just received our order and we were very disappointed. We ordered via the app and were able to specify extra requests very well. Unfortunately the wishes were not met. We had also ordered 1 Poutine Ruhrpott BIG SIZE. According to the menu, the portion should be for 2 people. The portion received was so small that a person was just fed up with it. It's a shame, we're really very disappointed and unfortunately still hungry 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Order on November 14th, 2020 Price performance very bad grillchiken with fries 4 small pieces of meat rest mushy without taste fries. 2nd dish currywurst with fries with 3 small half pieces of sausage 3rd dish staek with salad, of course, the salad was missing. 4 dish of fries with mozzarella and spring onions, which of course wasn't on it either Thanks for the bad food

You have done really well and I am always happy to have given you a chance. You have always had friendly employees and now the delicious food also goes with it. Price performance fits very well. Whether burger, french fries, hot dog, salad with chicken or dessert! Please continue! 😊

Update on my review 2 years ago. The shop is now called Glutwerk, we ordered by phone and we can pick it up after 30 minutes. The food just came out of the kitchen, it was paid for quickly and then a 5 minute walk home. The disappointment was relatively big, everything was only lukewarm, the poutine BBQ was a single stitch, optically and tastefully marginal and without the chicken pieces on the menu. And that for € 6.95 When asked by phone, we were told that we were probably on an old map. Dear Glutwerker, if someone criticizes something, a simple "sorry" could smooth the waves. Maybe you should update the homepage regularly ... So we are now at "without us" .....

Dear Glutwerk team, You have a lot of potential with what you do, please use it too! The food tastes good and the burgers are high quality. The only thing where you have to increase the quality is your delivery service. The delivery was from Voerde to Friedrichsfeld and the food was lukewarm. Although we pre-ordered 2 hours, the meal came half an hour later than agreed. Please improve in that regard.

Friendly staff, ordering and home delivery worked perfectly, the food arrived promptly and well packaged. The burgers with fries and salad were very tasty, the portions more than enough! The price for the food was also perfectly okay! Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and the food we ordered and can recommend the Glutwerk!

Super tasty burgers with fresh ingredients! there are always changing creations. They are all delicious, the fries taste great too, and homemade sauces are awesome. Top delivery, can only be recommended!

Burgers and chips are good as always, but the Cesar salad was a total letdown. A long black hair in it, so gross. Fried mushrooms paid extra, were forgotten. The croutons consisted of soggy burger buns, chopped up into small pieces, green lettuce and sometimes nasty leaves. Nobody needs that for 9.50 euros! Totally disappointed.

Very tasty only the "waiting time" was nothing for the big hunger 😉

Unfortunately, it's not as outstanding as it was a year ago. The nice black box with sticker on it was replaced by standard boxes (at least still made of paper), much less topping on the poutines and somehow that certain something is missing from the last orders. It's still delicious, but not my favorite in the area compared to other burger shops.

Rude staff. Weaves of dust hung down in the corners. All very unprofessional. The burgers are a matter of taste. But freshly made. Was there for the first time. Won't try again.

We ordered at 20:40, until 23:06 there was still no delivery. After the first confirmation by phone, the meal should be there at 9:50 pm. After a second confirmation by phone, the meal should be there in a few minutes. NEVER AGAIN ....... and that was the 2nd attempt What a shame.....

Price performance is great! The burger is super tasty. The fries from the taste also great but unfortunately a bit dry so only 4 stars

The Guacamole, sour cream fries are awesome

Fortunately, on a sunny Friday evening around 6 p.m. we got a table and the menu that was recommended to us by the very friendly service. The soda was surprisingly good and the food we ordered arrived promptly. The burgers were also very good. Definitely first class in terms of taste and therefore we were absolutely satisfied and would love to come back.
